Julie Miller has been in the search industry since 1996, focused on the healthcare industry. Recruiting primarily in the medical device and pharmaceutical arenas, Julie specializes in recruiting professionals for sales and sales management, as well as for marketing and product management positions nationwide.

Prior to recruiting, Julie was in medical device sales for over six years with Genzyme (formerly Deknatel) where she successfully sold surgical instrumentation and disposables to cardiac and general surgeons, earning numerous awards for consistent sales. In addition, Julie spent seven years in consumer Key Account Sales and operations roles with Frito-Lay where she was promoted four times. Julie grew up in west Tennessee and graduated from The University of Memphis. She lives in Atlanta with her husband and children.
